1 credit = 20 KRW · All AI features (text, image, card news, short-form) draw from the same wallet. Out of credits? Top up with add-on packs as needed.

Billing & refund FAQ
Will I be charged if I cancel during the trial?▼
No. If you cancel within the 7-day free trial, no charge is made. Two reminder emails are sent before the trial ends.
Can I get a refund if I cancel after yearly billing?▼
After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period; prorated refunds are not provided. If it has been less than 7 days since payment and you have not used any paid features, a full refund is available.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?▼
No — all plan and add-on prices are listed VAT-exclusive. 10% VAT is added at checkout. Payment receipts can be downloaded from /settings/billing.
What happens when credits run out?▼
When you try to use an AI feature, you'll see an out-of-credits notice and a shortcut to the top-up page. If auto-recharge is enabled, your chosen pack is charged automatically when balance drops below 20%.
Do you only accept Korean cards?▼
Yes, currently only domestic credit/check cards via Toss Payments are supported. International card support is on the roadmap.
Refund & cancellation policy
- 7-day free trial: No charges occur if you cancel before the trial ends.
- Refund within 7 days of subscription payment: A full refund is available upon contacting support if you have not used any paid features (AI generation, auto-publish, etc.) within the billing period.
- Subscription cancellation: After cancellation you keep full access until the end of the current billing period, then switch to read-only. Prorated refunds are not provided.
- Credit purchases: Under Article 17(2)(5) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in E-Commerce, digital goods (credits) are excluded from withdrawal once use begins. Credits usable immediately upon purchase are excluded from the withdrawal period from the moment of payment.
